Aucoc was established in the begining of the 19th century and was the favorite jewelry and silver supplier to the house of King Louis Philippe,the family of Orleans and also Napolean lll also Emperous Eugenie. The family of Aucoc sold the buisness in 1932. Aucoc was located at 6 rue de La Paix the premier location in Paris.They were with out question the Tiffany's of France. This set is in excellent original condition. It came top us from a local estate that purchased it years ago from an important Paris dealer that acquired it directly from and important Paris family.
